About Loovi
Which program is right for me?
Discover (845 SEK) is for those who want a quick, data-driven snapshot of their current baseline health without long-term coaching. Longevity (2,650 SEK) is our most popular programme. It's designed for proactive individuals who want deeper blood analysis (63 markers) combined with expert human guidance from a doctor and a health coach to actually improve their health. Perform (7,950 SEK) is built for high-performers, athletes, or biohackers who want to measure their progress over time. It includes two full rounds of testing and continuous check-ins to ensure your daily action plan is working.
How does the pricing work?
Loovi is an annual membership. You pay once upfront for a full year of access — including all your blood tests, consultations, physical evaluations, and programme features. Your membership renews automatically each year, and we'll notify you 30 days before any renewal so you have time to decide whether to continue, change programme, or cancel. No hidden fees, no surprises.
(Note: Discover runs on a 6-month membership.)
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Loovi memberships run for either 6 months (Discover) or 12 months (Longevity and Perform), because true biological optimisation takes time - your initial commitment ensures your health team has the baseline and follow-up data needed to actually improve your healthspan. You have a standard 14-day right of withdrawal before your first blood test. Additionally, if you suffer a long-term illness or injury, you can easily pause your membership for up to 12 months with a doctor's certificate.
How do you handle my data?
Your privacy is our top priority. We use BankID for all authentication, ensuring your sensitive health data is completely private and encrypted. We comply with strict patient data laws and GDPR, meaning your information is handled with the same high-security requirements as public healthcare. All data is securely stored on servers in Sweden. We never sell your data.
Can I use my Friskvårdsbidrag (wellness allowance) for this?
Yes! Because our Longevity and Perform programs are focused on personalised lifestyle, fitness, and nutrition guidance, they're designed to qualify for the Swedish Friskvårdsbidrag. In these programmes, the biomarkers simply act as tools for your health coaching, rather than standalone medical tests. Upon joining, you receive a detailed receipt formatted specifically for your employer or wellness portal (like Benify or Epassi).
(Note: Final approval is always subject to your specific employer's wellness policy. The Discover tier acts purely as a baseline test and does not qualify.)
What's included in my Loovi membership?
Your Loovi membership combines blood analysis, physical performance tests, expert consultations, and a continuously updated action plan — all in one app. The exact number of blood tests, doctor consultations, and health coach follow-ups depends on your programme. See the full breakdown on our Programmes page.
Test Sampling
What will I learn from the blood analysis?
Your blood gives you a clear, objective picture of how your body is actually performing - beyond what you can see or feel day to day. With up to 120+ biomarkers analysed each year, you'll get detailed insights into your heart health, metabolism, hormones, inflammation, and vitamin status - and catch early warning signs long before they'd show up in standard healthcare. Most members find at least one result worth acting on.
How quickly will I get my blood test results?
Fast. Your comprehensive lab results will securely appear in your Loovi app within 3 working days after your drop-in clinic visit, ready for your doctor's review.
Where do I do my tests and how often?
You take your blood tests at one of Loovi's partner clinics around the country. Most are drop-in - just visit whenever it fits your schedule - while a few require a quick appointment booking, which you can do directly through the Loovi app. The frequency depends on your program: once per six months for Discover, once per year for Longevity, and twice per year for Perform.
Your physical performance tests - covering aerobic capacity (VO2 Max), strength, mobility, and muscular endurance - are completed independently on your own schedule, using clear step-by-step protocols in the Loovi app. You can do them at the gym, outdoors, or at home.
Physical Tests
What are the physical tests and how do they work?
Your programme includes four standardised physical tests covering the areas most strongly linked to long-term health and longevity: aerobic capacity (VO2 Max), strength, mobility, and muscular endurance. You complete them on your own schedule - at the gym, outdoors, or wherever you train - using clear, step-by-step protocols developed by Loovi's health coaches. Once you log your results, the platform instantly calculates your scores across each area and gives you a personalised action plan showing exactly what to prioritise.
What can Loovi's physical tests tell me?
Loovi's physical tests provide a clear overview of your strength, aerobic capacity, mobility, and muscular endurance. Together, these results create a well-rounded picture of your current health and fitness. They can also help identify potential risk factors at an early stage and highlight the areas where focused improvements could have the greatest impact on your long-term health, performance, and quality of life.
Can Loovi help me improve performance in my sport?
Yes. By combining blood analysis with physical testing, Loovi gives you a data-driven understanding of your current capacity and reveals areas for improvement that might otherwise be overlooked. Based on your results, you receive a personalised action plan, and your Loovi health coach tailors your training to the specific demands of your sport, helping you improve in a focused and effective way.
My Health Team
Which experts are part of my health team?
When you join Loovi, you aren't just getting an app - you are getting a dedicated human health team. Your personal advisory board is led by a Loovi doctor and an expert Loovi health coach (who brings professional credentials in personal training, nutrition, and physiotherapy) to ensure every aspect of your biology is optimised.
What can the health team help with?
In addition to monitoring your health, your health team can give you what you need to reach your health goals, big or small. The team creates your action plan with training advice and dietary recommendations - tailored to your everyday life and your goals. You can also chat and ask the team questions about anything related to your health.
How does the counseling work?
Counselling and follow-up with Loovi takes place primarily digitally. You have video meetings with your Loovi doctor after each blood test, where you go through your results in detail and discuss next steps. You also meet your Loovi health coach for dedicated training, nutrition, and lifestyle sessions throughout the year. Between meetings, the health team follows your progress and answers questions directly in the chat.
How often do I have video meetings with the team?
The number of consultations depends on your program. Longevity includes 1 doctor consultation and 2 health coach consultations per year. Perform includes 2 doctor consultations and 6 health coach consultations per year, for continuous check-ins as your numbers shift. Discover members access the platform and chat support, with consultations available as optional add-ons.
Action Plan
What's included in my training and diet recommendations?
Your action plan contains personalised training advice and detailed dietary recommendations. It's tailored to your blood values, test results, and goals with Loovi in the short and long term. Your training advice takes into account how much time you have available, with workout templates and recommendations to inspire your training. Your diet plan is adapted to your body's specific needs — with the right balance of carbohydrates, fat, and protein, as well as supplements. You can, of course, follow any diet you want, but our recommendations are always based on research-based guidelines for optimal health. If something in your current diet risks negatively affecting your values, you'll receive clear advice on how to adjust it.
How often is it updated?
Your action plan evolves with you. Every time you get new test results or change your goals, the plan is adapted to continue giving you the best possible support.
What happens if I have a dip and can't maintain my health plan?
It's completely natural to experience a dip sometimes. Loovi is here to support you when your focus is elsewhere. If your plan suddenly feels unrealistic, we'll adjust it based on your wishes, current level, and circumstances, so you can continue forward at a pace that suits you.
How do I know my action plan is yielding results?
You can easily track your blood values, physical test results, and progress in the Loovi app. There you can see how your values change from test to test and get comprehensive reports to discuss with your health team. Your action plan is continuously adjusted by your team based on your blood values, test results, and goals, so you always have support for long-term and sustainable development.
Results
Can I trust Loovi's recommendations?
Loovi is built on established research in health, nutrition, and exercise, and every recommendation is made in consultation with our doctors. We're transparent about where our advice comes from: each recommendation is linked to its sources and shown with a clear evidence grade, so you can see exactly how well-supported it is. We focus on the full body of evidence - proven tools and methods with a long track record - rather than chasing trends or single studies with limited clinical data. The goal is simple: a long, healthy, and active life, built on what genuinely works.
What health risks can Loovi help me identify?
Loovi focuses on proactive optimisation — our comprehensive testing helps identify early warning signs for chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and metabolic dysfunction long before symptoms appear. While we don't diagnose or treat medical conditions, our doctors will always tell you clearly when something needs further investigation with your traditional healthcare provider, and exactly what to bring up with them. You leave with the information and direction you need to act early - whether that's a lifestyle change with us, or a follow-up at your local clinic.
How much can Loovi extend my life and health span?
While Loovi focuses on proactive optimisation, our comprehensive testing helps identify early warning signs for chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and metabolic dysfunction long before symptoms appear.
What happens if my results show poor health?
Your safety is our priority. If your Loovi doctor spots a critical out-of-range marker or early warning sign, they will immediately flag it, explain exactly what it means, and advise you on the next steps to take with your traditional healthcare provider. For manageable lifestyle risks (like prediabetes or elevated lipids), your health team will instantly adjust your action plan to help you reverse the trend.
