Which program is right for me?
Discover (1,095 SEK) is for those who want a quick, data-driven snapshot of their current baseline health every six month, without long-term coaching. Longevity (3,650 SEK) is our most popular programme. It's designed for proactive individuals who want deeper blood analysis yearly (63 markers) combined with expert human guidance from a doctor, PT, nutritionist and a physiotherapist, to actually improve their health. Perform (10,950 SEK) is built for high-performers, athletes, or biohackers who want to measure their progress over time. It includes two full rounds of bloodwork per year and continuous check-ins to ensure your daily action plan is working.
How does the pricing work?
The full cost is covered upfront so there are no extra charges along the way. Depending on the programme, your membership runs for six or twelve months. When it is time to renew, we will reach out 30 days in advance so you can continue, switch programmes, or simply stop. No lock-in, no hidden fees.
Can I use my Friskvårdsbidrag for this?
Yes! Because our Longevity and Perform programs are focused on personalised lifestyle, fitness, and nutrition guidance, they're designed to qualify for the Swedish Friskvårdsbidrag. In these programs, the biomarkers simply act as tools for your health coaching, rather than standalone medical tests. Upon joining, you receive a detailed receipt formatted specifically for your employer or wellness portal (like Benify or Epassi).
(Note: Final approval is always subject to your specific employer's wellness policy. The Discover tier acts purely as a baseline test and does not qualify.)
What's included in my action plan?
Your action plan is built from your blood test results, physical test scores, and personal goals. It includes a nutrition plan with macro splits and specific food guidance, exercise recommendations, supplement priorities to improve your markers, and lifestyle adjustments tailored to your data. As you retest and your numbers change, your plan is updated to match, directly in the app. In Longevity and Perform, your plan is also reviewed and adjusted in consultations with your health team: doctors, PTs, nutritionists, and physiotherapists.
How do the physical evaluations work?
Your program includes four standardised physical tests covering the areas most strongly linked to long-term health and longevity: aerobic capacity (VO2 Max), mobility, muscular endurance, and strength. You complete them on your own schedule - at the gym, outdoors, or wherever you train - using clear, step-by-step protocols guided through the Loovi app. Once you log your results, the platform instantly calculates your scores across each area and gives you a personalised action plan showing exactly what to prioritise. You repeat the tests throughout the year so you can see real, measurable progress as your training plan works.
What happens if my blood tests show a health risk?
While Loovi focuses on proactive optimisation rather than treating acute illness, your safety always comes first. If a critical out-of-range marker is detected, we will flag it immediately. For Longevity and Perform members, your dedicated Loovi doctor will discuss this during your 1-on-1 consultation and advise you on the exact next steps. For Discover members, our clinical team will securely notify you via the platform with clear instructions on what to discuss with your traditional health centre.
How is Loovi different from standard healthcare and other testing services?
Standard healthcare typically only tests you when you're already ill. Other Swedish testing services hand you a PDF and leave you to interpret the numbers alone. AI health apps rely on generic chatbots without real medical context.
